I have really never counted mine but I know I have two of the largest Rubbermaid containers full of completed tops (most folded together with backs) ready to quilt. I also have another large tub of completed blocks and numerous shoe boxes with some completed blocks, the rest of the fabric and the pattern. I refuse to feel guilty about them and my goal since I recently retired is to finish one a month. Eventually I will empty those bins. Right now, I have 10 completed quilts that I have finished this year and #11 is ready for pinning.

People need to learn to keep their opinions to themselves - and we need to learn to tell them that their opinion is not appreciated.
Hear, Hear! I absolutely agree-I have four summer dresses that are already to be sewn, they have been in the ufo pile two summers now. I only have a couple quilt projects that are in progress and that is mainly because I get bored w/ the process so i start something new lol Boy have I changed since seriously getting back into quilting. I did but myself on a no buy this pass summer and that forced me to use up some of what i had on hand.

I tried the no buy thing also but I keep buying from QB members. I need to stay away from those listings or I'll never get the number of ufo's down. I also have several aprons I've been working on since last Christmas.

UFO's drive me nuts can't have more than one going at a time, until they are Finished. I can't wait to finish one project so I can start a new one..but still work on it until it's finished. I may buy fabric for more than one
quilt, then chose which to work one first.. I even make up several quilt kits ,all cut out, that way when I'm finished with one I have the other ready to start sewing on..

How many UFOs? - Too many! And tonight I started another one. Well, I'm almost finished with two quilts and need a take along project for when I visit my parents, which I'll be doing this weekend. So maybe I'll get a pass on this one. :)
