I usually quilt my own. I hand quilt most of them but I do some machine quilting on the smaller ones. If I have a loarge one to be quilted, I take it to my mom who has a long arm.

I do it all but I hate cutting the pieces out. I love hand quilting because it relaxes me.

I quilt my own. I can't afford to send them out and be a quilter too. I need to spend that money on fabris.

I do my own, I only hand quilt. Tried to MQ once & didn't care for it, not relaxing enough. :-)

I quilt all of my quilts, now teaching myself machine quilting . I will never get all of the tops I have hand quilted.
My favorite part is picking the pattern and fabrics, my least favorite is sandwiching.

I always hand quilt my own quilts. Never have sent mine out to a LA'er. Table runners I quilt with the sewing machine, but never anything bigger than that.

I quilt my own using my grandmothers longarm machine. If I can't do it I leave it for her and she does it for me.

I really enjoy the whole process. The cutting, pressing, piecing, putting the whole top together. I am also now able to quilt it also. My mom, stormatsea (Janet), has a midarm and now I am a whole lot closer and am able to quilt it myself on her machine. I really enjoy the quilting part of it and am, if I may toot my own horn, doing a pretty good job of it. It is really fun making the patterns on the quilting and seeing them come together to make a really beautiful quilt that everyone can enjoy.
