how much do you charge for potato bags???

The 'taters are better. I think the cotton wicks away moisture to make the baked potato fluffier.

The potato when use in the bags are well done and moist , the skin stays tender and fluffy. No need to prick or clip the ends.. Just scrub them up and place in the bag tamp..Good..good

My microwave has a potato setting. It usually is between 4 to 7 minutes. If you have a turntable in your microwave you don't have to stop half way thru and turn it over.

I am a beginner quilter and I made six of those bags for my family members. If I would sell them I don't think that I could sell for less than $10-12 as material is quite expensive. Last week as I was traveling from Florida to Ohio I stopped at some shops and saw the bags selling anywhere from $17 to $24.

I took a dinner plate and drew a circle on a piece of tracing paper. Cut two cotton print and 2 muslin for lining and two cotton batting circles. On the top I put 1" cotton lace to dress it up. Put right sides together (print--muslin--batting) Sew around using 1/4" seam---leave an opening for turning. Do the bottom the same. When you have the two circles sewn now you put muslin sides together and sew half way around leaving an opening to insert a plate. Your done

Be sure to add a paper for "how to use bag" for the consumer. That would support the price I think.

Hi, I sell potato bags and charge $8.00 each. They have a fold over flap at the top and are about 12 x 9 1/2. I also have instructions and warning not attached. These are professionaly printed and are 50 cents each.
