I got a lot of my stash from a lady that was moving and couldn't take alot of her material with her. She had a sister that had a quilt shop and so she had alot of nice material. Also picked up some at garage sales.

I buy fabric as I need it for a project. Unless I happen to
find something that really grabs my attention for a future project. Just spent $80.00 yesterday on flannel for scrappy
throw quilt projects. Most fabric price range is $9.00 and up. Betty Lee

Probably around $150. I'm ashamed but there are sooooooo many pretty fabrics out there.

 I have more than a lot and not as much as some. My goal is to try to incorporate some of what I have in my projects. However, one of my biggest thrills in life is to find that special something at the quilt shop and add it to my stash. I know some day it will be used in something beautiful!

Too much and yet not much. I watch the thrift stores and
the sales at Hobby Lobby, JoAnn's and Hancock Fabrics. I
have too big a stash. Just doing that.

I worked for Hancock Fabrics for 18 months a few years ago and spent my part-time paycheck on remnants and sales. At that time we could use our discount and coupons, so my stash built up quickly. I hardly ever buy any fabric without a coupon or without a sale going on now. My latest purchases were at Mary Jo's when hubby gave me money for Christmas. I bought only 1/4 yard of 24 blue print fabrics for my Sampler quilt I am making this Winter.

    Blessings,
    Sandi
