    Home page, then scroll down to Pictures, click on that to open pictures posting area.

    Yes, but I would not do this if you want to save pics to your computer for other uses. I usually make a duplicate image on my PC then re-size that one w/ a new name for easy finding. Its a pain in the but so I don't do it much. Flickr is a nice place to resize too.
