Well today a parcel was delivered to my house - a rather large flat (very flat) parcel

It was addressed to my husband so I put it on the table

He phoned me to ask if a parcel had arrived
Yes a large flat one I replied - OH you can open that its for you I thought you would prefer it to some flowers

My husband has just bought me an A1 self healing cutting mat (approx 36 x 24

who says romance is dead :) :)

How thoughtful, now you will have to be 'extra' nice to him, and who knows maybe the rotary cutter and ruler will be next eh?? :D :D

Izy the rotary cutter arrived last week :) I already had a smaller cutting mat-now all I need is a proper quilting ruler

    and thanks everyone
it just shows he knows me well enough to know that something I really want is better than flowers :)
