How would you quilt this D4P I-Spy quilt?

You could also do a simple grid of diagonal lines to form diamonds.....fast and super easy.....I would use a long straight edge and mark lines with a washable marker....with the variety of colors one is bound to show up on the busy fabrics and they do wash out (trial piece first).
