I haven't found one. But I just measured it out on my own and am hopeing for the best. doing okay so far. will post pics of what I have so far.
there are nine blocks I am making, four different triangle fabrics.

I found another one that is for a strip pieced 9" block and the pattern gives measurements for different quilt sizes:
