Husqvarna Platinum 16 quilting machine
Back from Costa Rica and picked up my machine on Friday. Husband set it up and said "go play," so I did. It isn't quite as easy as I thought, but I really like having the "fix" button that allows you to tie off stitching at beginning and end. Did some beautiful work on a scrap and started a "real" project. Unpicked it twice at least before it came close to acceptable.
Has some serious problems with the Tru Stitch regulator, but watched a couple more videos last night and it is much better this morning. Fred made me a ruler to to try and is going to make me a couple more to use--don't you love handy husbands who always have enough stuff around to make anything right now!?
So, my thoughts now it is mine. Yes, I'm glad I got it. Love the area to work in and the trustitch is growing on me. And, too, the price was much better than the SS16 and I can definitely recommend it anyone wanting a sit down quilter.
