I am gathering material for an Asian BOM. I was looking for a particular black Asian Kona Bay fabric to use as background and need about 3 yards. . I checked with Kona Bay and they were out! I checked other stores they were out! Then I found a online store in Canada that had the fabric and I thought yea I save on shipping cost. I almost fell out my chair they wanted $21.95 a meter!! I did a lot of creative googling and found a place called quiltersroundup.com, they had the fabric for $6.04 a yard! I checked a couple times thinking the price was for 1/2 yd but nope that was the price! I ordered it and now I am holding my breath as I will not believe it till I get in in my hands!! Needless to say I have book marked them.

Good for you. I think the last Kona fabric I got was from EQuilter, who are very good. I will wrie your one down for future reference thats a great price.

Where did you find it?? I am always looking for Asian fabric. That'x my latest obsession. Some of it is very expensive to say the least.

I LOVE that store. Many times I have found and ordered fabric from Quilters Roundup that NO ONE else had! I always got what I ordered cheaper than what other people had it for at one time!
