This lovely quilt is made with love and signed by many ---- do you even think that the receipient is going to go looking for a "mistake" that in reality looks intentional? I think not. Good job!!!

We are always more critical of our own mistakes. Your quilt is beautiful. Don't worry about it. Don't tell the recipiant that there is a mistake. They will never know. I agree with Suzi, it was made with love and that's all that matters.

Whew! I thought I really fall over when I saw the switch up, but it's really alright! This is going to be fine - no worries. You did a really nice job making the quilt! Don't be sick anymore! Everyone will agree that this is a wonderful and beautiful quilt!

First time trying to post picture. Hope it works.
When I looked at the pic I said what is wrong with it looks awsome I really and I mean really had to look for the mistake. If you had not posted that there was a mistake I would have not noticed it. Would have thought what a cool quilt something I could never do. So please don't say anything and I'll bet she will never notice it. And if she does I'll bet she will still love it.

    Happy Mothers Day to all

Same here. When I looked at the pic I was thinking what the heck is she talking about. I had to stare at it a few minutes and even then if you had not told us previously I never would have known. We are our own worst critics. Even us as quilters had trouble finding it. You looked at it alot and never spotted it and then your longarmer never spotted it. In my mind it was meant to be, and quite honestly I do not view it as a mistake. Give it with love as the recipient is sure to love it and will never ever know it isn't exactly the way you intended it to be unless you say something. The quilt and the spirit behind it is just beautiful.

I think it looks just lovely and that "mistake" doesn't distract from the quilt and its sentiment at all! I feel your distress (been there!) but as many have said, homemade often means 'slightly imperfect' which is more than half its charm! :D :D :D
