I have purchased fabric online from www.oldcountrystorefabrics.com According to their website, they have a store in Intercourse, PA. I don't know how far that is from Lancaster, but it might be worth it to make a detour. Their online prices are very good.

Quilt & Fabric Shop (#18) is one of my favorites. They have an incredible selection of good quality flannel, along with other quilting fabs. Also a great notions department downstairs.
Also, keep in mind that Bitty Kinna's (#21) is now out of business, unfortunately. It was a really nice shop.
There are a couple of others and when I can find the pamphlet in my sewing room, I'll post a couple of others that I've been to that don't seem to be on this list.

Thanks so much! There are enough quilt shops on that list to keep me busy for a few days!
