I finally encouraged my 27 yr old daughter to try making a quilt. We are making the rail fence, since it is so easy. We are going to make them 45 x 60. I am making one right along with her to keep her going. She finished half her blocks last night. We will finish the rest tonight.

Lucky you! :) How nice it would be to have a sewing buddy in the family.

How exciting! My daughter tried and just didn't have the patience for it so I finished some blocks she made. She's finishing one of my counted Xstitch pieces that I just hated, so we each have our own craft.
