I dilute best press half and half, as it is concentrated, and yes it makes the fabric relax and it does take out the wrinkles. To make your own, linen spray use 20 drops lavender essential oils, 2 cups distilled water and 2 oz. cheap vodka (keeps the oils from separating) and I also use this for those stubborn wrinkles.

Too bad wine stains - I'd really enjoy ironing then. Interesting about the Vodka. I'm not a Vodka drinker, so, does Vodka have much of a smell to it? Is it like the vinegar and the smell disappears after it dries?

Use the vinegar and water. it works you will have to press and don't pull. It works every time. Maria G

Well, for my two cents worth, I'd take it back to the store where I purchased it! I guess I'm just enough of a Witch with a "B" to demand what I paid for! Oh, I'm mean! LOL
