Default I can't believe I won

I have been looking for material that has sewing items on it. I have a few here at home. At my quilt class at our senior center we are makinga Quilter's Alphabet Quilt and I thought using different materials with sewing motifs would be good for the Letters. Well this last class they had a raffle for about 10 different boxes filled with a variety of material. The money went to help the Meals on Wheels so I bought some tickets never expecting to win. I won 3 boxes. One of the boxes had only material with sewing motifs. I was so excited. I love it when things like this happens.

Here are the first two blocks. We get the pattern once a week so it will take 52 weeks. It is free for anyone who wants to download the patterns each week. It is at lynbrown.com site. She is our instructor and the class is through the community college and is free.

What an excellent idea for a fund raiser, boxes of fabric. Our church gives food every week for the Feeding America back pack meals.

WOW..what a great win! I have a friend that says if you really want something you have to put it out there in the universe and it will come if you are patient! Looks like you were heard!

It was your time to have some really good luck come your way! Even more lucky that a fabric type you were trying to locate was in one of the boxes. Maybe you should buy a lottery ticket!
