I thought and thought, researched on the web and tried out several different brands, actually spent about 3 hours in the shop over a few months time, but made the choice and brought it home. What is it? A new Husqvarna Viking Sapphire 875 Quilt machine. I'm so excited to read about all the marvelous things I can do with it, now and in the future. Lessons will have to wait until they fit into my schedule, but I'm confident I can figure it out from the instruction book.

Do you have the pattern for your avatar quilt? I have been looking for that pattern. I think it is the spin star.

You won't be sorry that you bought this machine but it may take a little while to get used to some of the new features like the automatically lowering presser foot when you step on the foot pedal.(Where is that darn lever anyway???) My Viking Husqvarana Prelude makes beautiful stitches and I'm sure yours will too. Happy stitching.
