I am sure that the quilter's kids wouldn't be selling her items if they thought she would be wanting/needing them again :D:D:D
My kids know what to do with all of my sewing/quilting items...as well as the rest of my belongings :D but we are all hoping that is many, many years yet in the future :D:D:D

Sounds like a great bargain. I'm guessing they are doing this with her approval (hopefully!). I think it's a great idea to make sure people know what you want done with everything for when you're gone.

I would not feel guilty. If you had not purchased it someone else would have done so. I have told my family what to do with my stasch when I pass own because I want it to go to someone who will appreciate it and finsh all of my WIPs. LOL

When I'm gone, it's not my problem.... I expect there will be a great tag sale, and other folks will enjoy their "finds" as I have many of mine...

No, we do what we can with what we have. So go on and have fun with it. I've given some fabrics to friends who did me favors, one just recently and she refused pay for it. But she had mentioned months ago that she was making pillow cases for a much loved Gkid and had hunted unsuccessfully for certain patterns. I had some and just gave it to her and the look on her face well repaid me for it.
If you can't use it, give/sell/donate it to someone who will.

One of or members in her will, said she wanted everything other than machines that could be sold, to go to ASG for a garage sale. The money was to be used for projects.unsold machines were donated to classes for beginners, adult and children.
