The best job I had was when I was a seamstress for a fabric shop. I'd spend 8 hours a day sewing display items----everything from stuffed animals to children's clothing. What ever the manager asked me to make. I really didn't buy a lot of fabric when I worked there since it filled my touch, feel, sew needs. I even got paid for it. It was really sad when they closed that store.

No, probably not. Especially during the fall when I'm only working 1 day per week. But I bought a long arm and she's arriving in a few months, and I don't have big enough pieces for backing (and I don't like doing different separate pieces for backing) so I knew I was going to have to spend a bit of $. So even if every paycheck goes into backing pieces, that's fine with me, since that's money I'm not spending, ya know? So I fully intend to not get a paycheck, and I'm thankful to have a job where I'm not worried about making ends meet, since last summer, that's where I was. So this is all play!

I was going to be hanging out there anyway, so this is such a cool set up!

Hmmm, never thought of that. Makes perfect sense. Thank you!

That's wonderful  . But I'm glad its you and not me, I'm afraid I would not be able to control myself and I would be in debt instead of getting a paycheck.
