It's frustrating to hear about this "Big Book", as my Walmart is shrinking its dept. I did get some paper piecing paper on clearance, which was nice, but sad to now know the won't carry it! I went to the store specifically to get template plastic, and they didn't carry it any more!! So frustrating, when you live in a rural area and don't have a store to go to for basic quilting supplies!

When our WalMart carried fabrics, the department manager was a former LQS owner. She carried a lot of nice fabrics, which is the only reason I purchased there. The quilt group that met every month was large, too. There were usually 12-15 quilters there. She did a great job with her little department.
