I have the Fiskars one, and like it fairly well except that the end caps came off. They keep the cutting mechanism on the track. It works without them, but you just have to watch that you don't slide the cutter off the ends. The end caps, cutter, and ruler got scattered with all the rearranging we've been doing. They're here somewhere, though.

The only thing I didn't like about it is that apparently your table must be 100% level. Any tiny bump or indention seems to make the cutter skip. But the rubbery strip does keep it from sliding around.

If I can find all the parts and get the end caps glued on successfully, I'll consider selling it. We're in the process of moving my sewing room, though, and it'll be awhile (probably 2-3 weeks, at least) before I get a chance to look for the parts.

Even from Australia that was crazy. Looked good though. Three blades! The shipping discouraged me though.

The important thing to me is the legnth. DD cutter is only 12" (the one I've seen) The one I saw on ebay was 36 (shipping chg too hi coming from Australia) and the fiskars is 24.

I have 1- it's standing in the corner. I haven't used it in ages, I don't know why. I guess I fell out of love with it.

    pm, let's "talk".
