When I came to pick it up last night, she was putting the last dozen stitches into the label on the back - saving me the need to rush the job to get it done. She's done a brilliant job on the binding, hand stitching it ... I did give her a big box of chocolates, but there will be a gift in the works....somewhere in the next month or so...
It might even be a tote with a plastic box for organising bits in it (like me, she has a fondness for little organiser boxes) I think I know the fabric.... now to plan my next project.... .... or something with cats..... or both.... hmmmmm

I have a friend like that, too. She even cuts my fabric for my quilts. I only have the use of my right hand since my stroke. She is truly a very special person.
