I joined the club
Well I finally did it, after 15 years of quilting I just cut a 1/2 inch of my middle finger off. They sewed it back on and are hoping it takes. No blood on the material though!
I even have pictures, thanks to my hubby, yuck.

Oh my!!! I hope your finger will heal quickly!! I am hoping that this is one club I won't join!! But I did cut the tip of my pinky off with a kitchen mandolin a few years ago. And I would be to chicken/squeamish to look at the pictures!

no i don't think so, not for a while anyway. Yeah I couldn't just cut a little, I had to go and really hurt myself. oh well. at least it was a new blade so really clean cut.
