I dont think I want to keep it, if anything I might do some trading for some treadles or a 222K. That is the only FW I really want.

But there was no way in hell I was going to pass this deal up!! But for now it will live in my shop in the wall unit with my other machines.

I have a red Eye, a Davis and a sphinx..I love treadles too! Where I live they have a ton of them cheap on craigs list! I kind of collect old machines. If you end up wanting to sell let me know or we can also trade for some long arm quilting services that I do...that is if you dont already do that yourself!

You stole that!!! I had to pay $200 for mine. Congratulations, that was a great deal. You should give her something as a finder's fee--at least a box of chocolates. I'd love a SIL like that. Mine wouldn't even know what one was. LOL

Holy Cow! For $25 I wouldn't pass it up either and I'm not even in the market for an older machine.

I've already got one but if I ever come across a deal like that, I'll buy more.

I"ve got the Featherweight that I bought in 1956, used. Have the buttonhole and thre zig zag attachments, and the attwachmentds that came with it. It is in perfect condition . I"ve always wondered what to ask for it if I decided to sell.
