    I totally agree that quilting improves your wellbeing.
    Great to see that the research was being done in Glasgow University-I am biased as I am a Glaswegian, living on the outskirts of the city.

    Thanks for this. I sent it to my small quilt group. However, when I have to do a lot of "unsewing", I am not so sure it is good for my health!!!
