I know this is a dumb question, but....

I made a log cabin quilt with a serger in a class taught by Eleanor Burns. It was an experience! I had just had cataract surgery 4 days before the class, so I was sewing with one eye. lol It came out OK but I haven't wanted to try another serger quilt. Maybe some day. The only thing is, once you sew a seam you can't undo it because it trims off the excess fabric. So you have to get it right the first time.
