I love seeing the work that everyone is doing...and not all of it is perfect! Most quilt pictures on the internet belong to teachers or prize winners, etc. I will never be able to match their work. There are folks on the board that I can feel equal to and relate to. We're just 'plain folks who make quilts.

I love the QB because of the nice, friendly people who always help everyone with their problems, for all the tips I read that have helped me, for mentioning Quilts for Kids which I wouldn't have know about otherwise, for all the pictures of the beautiful quilts that everyone makes and for little jokes that help make everyone's days a little brighter. I love this QB! The only drawback is I spend way too much time checking things out & not enough time quilting! But I do get inspired & am looking forward to a great year of getting some of my UFOs actually finished.
