I have the 820 with the Bernina frame. Its been two years, and I have quilted too many quilts to count in a hurry. The only thing I don't like about it is that I do not have two of them as I its so wonderful to sew on. Make sure they have upgraded stronger spring on the BSR or you will fight with the stitches skipping. (lesson learned the hard way) I find that Omni thread works the best and can be purchased at Amazon. I have ordered the red snappers for attaching the quilts. Do you have to set up the frame yourself? Is it the Bernina frame? The instructions are good for setting up the frame but terrible for loading the quilts. PM me if you need help with loading the quilts, I may be able to save you from frustration. I am excited for you and you will love it.
