I like to make mistakes on purpose sometimes, just to keep everyone on their toes!

That time will fly by and you then you can post classifieds. Don't worry about it!

It is ok Jan. I have done the same thing too. AND on top of that I put in an ad with TOO many items!! OH DEAR! Needless to say it was deleted. That is ok. It is good to have rules, but it does make one feel funny doesn't it?

    Not a big deal.

Stick around and continue to post.

Although I can empathize with your embarrassment.

It's really hard not to want to sell some of our stashes, so that we can buy more to fill up the empty spaces. I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think the quilting police have time to come to your home.

    Welcome from Temple, TX.

I have done it, and then accidentally done it again! You have to keep posting to be a regular, and I don't always have time, or post much. They are really nice about it here- just stick around and look at all the amazing photos, make some comments and in no time- you are a regular.

This is the second or third time i've seen someone apologize for posting something for sale before they were eligible.
Now before I get jumped on, I understand the reasoning behind it and why you don't want someone joining the board just for the purpose of selling their stuff. That would open it up to a lot of not so great issues.
However, it really bothers me that someone got the impression that they feel like they need to beg for forgiveness for posting before they can.
    It happens.
