I had a wonderful time with my mom and grandma in Montana and it was very wonderful to see family again even if we were gathered to say good-bye to my most favorite Aunt from lung cancer.

However, getting ready to leave for an impromptu trip has me wondering where to start to catch up. I got in fairly late last night after an all day flying, lay-over, flying only to get to work at before the birds wake up to a huge pile of work I only got a small chunk caught up. My jet-lagged self is totally exhausted!!

Since my smart phone went into dumb mode I wasn't even able to access anything and I can't believe how much I missed checking in everyday. I was able to drive by one of the quilt shops on the Fabhop.com only to learn it is now in the home of one of my friends from high school. They were closed and I never made it back that way so I was disappointed. To be so close, yet so far now.

Anyway, I am back and will catch up on all that I missed so be a little patient with me!!

Sounds like you have had quite a bit on your plate. Take your time to get back into the swing of things. And welcome back.

Time for you to "chillax", sounds like you have way more than earned it.

Welcome back! Don't know how long you've been gone, but you can click on "Unread Topics" at the top of the page and catch up on what you've missed.

We leave for 6-10 days at a time. I miss the board just like you. I use the daily digest we get every day to catch up. It is a part of me and I am a part of it. I need it. I never thought I would like this, but I was so surprized. The more I interact here the more I know I belong.
