    that's not daft at all.

I have been rolling my quilt tops and it seems to help with the wrinkles. I know several people who sandwich their tops on their beds after putting cardboard or something like it down as a surface. I haven't tried that one yet. I'm considering asking my library if I can borrow one of their rooms to pin baste my queen-size quilt top since I too, lack the space.

That's a great idea, using the library.

What a wonderful idea. I need to find a spare wall to use here.

all you had to do was spritz it with water and let it hang til dry, the moisture swell the threads and they in turn lose their wrinkles!

I made a quilt about 6 months ago that I made in 2 peices. Unfortunately it remains in 2 peices. I almost laid it on the table today to start putting the peices together. I was also thinking of making a kingsize quilt with 4 peices. It is too hard to handle otherwise.

Eh, I'm too impatient. Should of had this quilt done before Christmas. Was hoping to get it done before tomorrow, but that sure isn't happening.
