I need the easiest lonestar pattern made to give to my mother
She has macular degeneration but still quilts to battle personal stuff.
She had an old Lone Star pattern that she liked very much and when she lost a lot of her sight and made a move, most of her stuff came to me.
I have looked and looked, but I don't have it.
She said it had a French curve (never heard of it).
So, with all the new inventions for quilters I thought there might be something even easier I could get and send to her.
She sews with a group. I don't think they have been able to offer suggestions that work/appeal to her.
Thanks for any help you guys.

Maybe it was the giant dahlia quilt pattern? It looks like a rounded lone star. Here is a free pattern of cutting instructions.

I found that EB has the simplest Lone Star Pattern. I have never used the Quilt Smart pattern but you may want to look into that. I just moved 2.5 months ago and most of my patterns plus a third of my fabric stored on bolts went accidentally into storage along with the bath towels and other things I use. Storage is 70 miles away at my best friends home so I have to wait until he has time to get the stuff down here. I had a book on the Giant Dahlia but I don't remember seeing it when I moved. Never did ever make one. Good Luck !!

Maybe she was trying to tell me the french curve pattern was in the notebook too!
Geesh, louise, you can't say things like that to a mousie without confusing her, lol!
