Do put it on a nice platinum chain and wear it around your neck so you don't lose it!

I wonder if they could add a clapper on to one for you so if you did loose it, all you'd have to do is go around clapping and it would beep. No that might look too funny and might give someone the idea you like to rip out seams.

one of our lqs' sell exactly that- hand crafted tools including seam rippers- with fancy embellished handles- with beads and stones. they are beautiful-and run about $15 i think- i stand at the check out and look at them sometimes- wondering if a (sewer/quilter) would ever actually buy/use something like that- or if it's there more for the non-quilter off the street looking for a unique gift....hadn't really thought about ...using them-although i'm sure they are (usable)
maybe i'll have to pick one up for a christmas package this year...

I told a friend of mine "If you make a mistake, you rip". In her case it was with crocheting. Every once in a while I would get a phone call and she would say "dame you Joan". Now when I make mistakes I say to myself "dame you Shirley". She was a very good friend and is now living with the Good Lord. I miss her but when I make my mistakes I am with her because she made me do the mistake. I would NEVER make a mistake on my own, now would I?
