You are not illiterate, the problem is that I've found over the past couple of yrs on here is that not all machines come with a software program, not even a basic one. Viking was and is my only and each one came with at least the organizier which makes life easier and is a pretty powerful program even though it doesn't look like it at first. I'm surprised your dealer didn't show you how. You can open computer, look for the cd drive that has your disk in it and then right click and so a save as and chose a place to save the designs. You can also open the files on the CD and then do a save as and only save the ones you want to use to the USB stick.

I'm in the same boat as you, I don't know how to do any of this--so my DH does it for me all the time. I'm determined to learn how. He has Parkinson's and I know one day he won't be able to help me.
