I need help please

This is what I do also. I put a sleeve at both ends of the quilt, make sure the top "hanger" is sturdy enough to hold the quilt straight, and then put a long wooden rod in the bottom sleeve to keep it hanging straight. I learned this after I'd hung a quilt in my living room, and it wouldn't hang straight even though it laid flat on the floor. So I added a bottom sleeve and put in a wooden rod, and voila! It hangs perfectly straight and flat against the wall now!

The quilt is gorgeous! It sure looks as if the rod you've hung it on is sagging under the weight. That wouldn't happen at the show. It looks as if the distance between the rod and the structural line behind it increases as you go from right to left and then arcs back upward as you continue to the left edge of the picture. It could just be the camera angle, but it's definitely something to check. I've marked the picture here to show what I mean. The black mark on the left ends where I think the rod is, and the distance is clearly larger than on the right. You could verify this if you measure at the edge and the middle from the ceiling down to the rod. It will not hang flat if it's not on a perfectly straight rod.
Best wishes for your entry! It's a showstopper!
