Hope everyone enjoyed the Moose pictures I posted yesterday. what an experience that was. will never see that again. Anyone who didn't see them check out MOOSE AND TWINS dated 8/19/2011.

I to am too old to crawl around on the floor sandwiching a quilt; I found a solution to that problem. Some libraries will let you use their meeting rooms. Free of charge. They have large tables to use. How much easier that makes the job.

I hate the sandwiching as I'm 65 with a bad back and I have to do it on the floor if it's a quilt of any size. It takes me a long time as I have to stop and rest often. Sometimes it will take a few days to get it done and I have to keep the dogs out of the room ore they will turn it into new dog beds.

I think cutting would be my most dread in quilting. I get excited when I get to the binding. That means it's almost done. I do not like most patterns and colors choices there are in charms or jelly rolls.
I have a quilt that I need to cut for about 3 months now.
