    I have done this too, more than once. You think I'd learn... What's really bad is when hubby winds up at work with thread and fabric snips on his clothes. He takes it pretty well, though.

    The funniest one was when my husband was at the dr. and the dr. picked a thread off his forehead.

    LOL...mynDH tells me this is how he knows where I've been in the house and where I am by the threads on the floor.
    He has gotten so good that he knows when I have made a rag quilt without me telling him.

    I have also gone out to a store and had someone look at me and say what are you making? As I started to ask how did you know I was making anything I looked down and saw the threads. Occupational hazard.
