I just picked a dog ear trimming (from a HST) off my sweater as I walked into work this morning. And I was not even wearing this sweater while I was sewing. And I didn't even sew at all today. Who knows where I picked it up?

DH knows when I sneak a piece of flannel in when I wash his clothes. He does prefer me to de-fuzz the clothes before I give them to him.

Hey the trail of thread snippits is a good thing--if you get side tracked you can always follow them back to your sewing room. LOL

Let them laugh at your thread tails. You will have the last laugh when you drape that gorgeous quilt over your bed!

One of those thread picker people came over and it made me tired just watching her. I explained I was quilting and it would be better for her and me if she came back another day.

I feel your pain. At least you take the time to clean up.

That's what I have called myself when sewing.

Been there. I'm STILL wrapping fabric around comic book boards and I learned that one should not do this activity in a black top!

My dogs follow me around the house and like to spend quality time in the doorway. DH picks the threads and small scraps off them. He just laughs and says "Been helping Mom again?"
