I will attempt to help too, with pics, as sometimes it's easier to understand.

1. swap your #1a & 2a pieces.
2. the piece I've numbered as 2b has been cut as a #3, you should have cut 3 of #2 - not 2 of #3.
The white triangle on the end is also on the wrong corner, perhaps because batiks look the same both sides so it's easy to get confused. If you change this, then trim off some of the other end to match #2 size, all should fit.

I'm glad you got it figured out. When I get stumped I copy the block that is wrong on my copier and then I go thru and cut out each block and put it together again. Once you do that it makes it possible to see the problem area. I still don't know how that extra block got in there on the bottom but when I folded down one block it was perfect. I have to break it into the simplest form to solve the problem.
