I don't think there is a "I SPY" pattern per se, but every quilt that contains illustrated fabrics can be an I SPY quilt. As long as you can play the "I SPY" game with the quilt then it fits. Mostly I have seen charm squares, 4-patch or 9-patch variations, snowballs, etc. done with novelty fabrics but I recently saw a very traditional log cabin done with I SPY patches in the center.
