What a GREAT idea!! I've got to try this. Back in the old days, my dad was a carpet layer. This was before they used the iron on seam stuff to put the carpet together, he used a curved needle, beeswax and carpet thread to sew the seams of the carpet together. You could NEVER see where his seams were. Can't wait to give it a try. I'm sure my dad will be watching and smiling from above :-)
