Went to their open house a few weeks ago, wow what a wonderful company. Eleanor Burns presented a program and the new prize winning blocks were unveiled. Great time was had by all.

I have the Go - and I understand the Studio is bigger - sort of the commercial level. I didn't know about the Studio when i bought mine, or I would have considered buying it.

I love the Go, though. I cut out an entire lap size quilt this afternoon and began sewing. It has a LOT of HSTs, and I've already sewn ALL of them! If you cut HSTs with the colors RST, you can take them to your sewing machine & quickly sew them. The dog ears are cut off for you. No trimming needed. As long as your 1/4" seam is accurate, no trimming needed at all!

There was no 'learning curve.' It's VERY easy to use. The Go is a little 'stiff' to crank at first, but after you've used it for a while, it begins to turn more easily. That's about the only negative comment I have, and it's not really that bad.

I have had my go for about a week now. I love it. I wish the dies weren't as expensive, but I will buy the ones I think I need the most and ask for others for gifts.

Thanks for telling me your experiences with the Accuquilt. I would love to visit the company, but no vacation this year. Karen

I found my Accuquilt Go at a yard sale for $75. I had been wanting one. I always search the garage sales on Craigslist and on "yourcity"garagesales.com to see what is offered each week. I didn't see this garage sale at either site. I just happened to walk into it and found the Go, a 2" strip cutter die and the cutting mat to go with the 2" strip die. WOW!! I was excited! I keep looking for dies for less expensive prices on Ebay and Amazon.com as well as other sites. I will get them one by one.
