Put in an order to them yesterday. Had a few questions before I ordered and they had an online chat person that was very helpful. After the order I had an additional question and the same person responded quickly. Got an email this AM that the order was on its way. Great service. Can't wait to get my order and start cutting.

Wow, that is impressive!!! I just got mine in the mail last week and am so anxious to try it. I work out of my home, so my time is limited and I think this will be an asset to my quilting time. One more transcript to go and I will get it out of the box and try it out.
