I think it looks great! The yellow doesn't overtake the quilt and the color combo is gorgeous.

I think the color selection is spot on! The yellow contrasted with the blue gives it a real vibrancy and movement! Love it!

This quilt ended up just perfect!! I understand why the bright yellow bothers you, because it really pops... but that's exactly what makes this quilt wonderful. That yellow band gives the whole quilt a sense of movement. Without it, it would have been a nice, but ho-hum bargello pattern. Be proud, it's amazing.

I wouldn't change a thing. Your quilt is gorgeous. I'm just working on my first bargello.

It truly is a georgous quilt and the colors are well balanced. Finish it. I find that some quilts I have made and not really cared for the tops, after quilting I have loved them. A good quilting job can really pop a quilt for me. If you still are not happy with it, you could always donate it to a charity for a fundraiser and have a good feeling about helping some one else. You have inspired me to try the bargello, have always wanted one but been to intimidated to tackle one!!
