    That is too preciously funny!! I have a visual of your hubby coming around the corner, spying the great binding and then smiling as he takes it right over to his work spot and pulling the shears out and smiling as he did it!

    Yes. It is the same as bedridden. Perhaps I didn't choose my words as well as I should have. My MIL is confined to the bed so someone has to be with her at all times. She will be 93 in April and has had a stroke.

    Ditto to what everyone else said, but now it's up to the DH to find and buy you exactly the right binding fabric for that quilt!

    man, I guess I am glad my dh doesn't want to quilt, lol!
