My oldest Grand daughter survived Leukemia, she loved anything that kept her mind off the chemo, be it word search, teen magazines, puzzles. Just anything to keep her mind occupied. She didn't want to talk much although enjoyed visitors, but just their being there for comfort. She was 13 so the liking are somewhat different but still the same as far as something to keep their minds busy. She is now 19 and in her 1st year of college Thanks to the good Lord.
