    my friend drives a semi truck and has been thinking of getting a sewing machine to take in the truck with her

    If we were to go back on the road, I'd for sure have a sewing machine with me!
    It's a possibility! I kinda miss the road...

    I did have a sewing machine while on the road. It saves your sanity while waiting on loads. Some days I miss being on the road, until i think of snow in the mountains, then I'm glad I'm home.

    Oh, and I used to be married to a truck driver...he didnt sew,but it was so neat to meet diffrent people from all over....I used to love talking to the drivers with pets, ask all kinds of nosey questions about their pets, but I never got to meet anyone quilting, one knitterthough!
