I would drop dead so therefore John's next wife would get to use it. Oh well, that's the breaks. Probably why he does not think about doing it.

He would NEVER bring me home a sewing machine, he complains all the time that I have too many now and he's prolly totally right.

Be happy and grateful Praise him. I made a mistake once a long time ago by joking with him saying what did you do? and he really was hurt and never bought me another gift again for almost 19 years. So, be HAPPY

If my hubby came home with a 7700 or any other sewing machine, I would know that he has been possessed by aliens from outer space.

10 years ago, while I was at work, my husband came home with a Janome 10000 embroidery machine and a beautiful wood cabinet. He set it up in my sewing room and made a big computer sign that said. Congratulations, you are now the proud owner of a sew master 2000.Man was I ever surprised. At the time I didn't even know how to use a computer. Talk about a steep learning curve. It was one of the sweetest things he's ever done. I love that man.
