I would love to spend a week or more with her to learn some of her tricks. I bought her DVD at Paducah last year and was able to meet her, she is such a nice person and so encouraging

There are so many, but the first one that came into my mind was JINNY BEYER - I could make superb quilts and get a math lesson at the same time!

My grandmother. I never saw her quilt but from what I am told she could look at something and design a quilt in her head and make it from there. I wish I had had a chance to get to know her and learn her skills.

I would have to say, Eleanor Burnes. She is a funny lady as she demonstrates how to on a project.....she tosses the small pieces behind her with a big smile. I find that so hilarious! I don't know why? :-)

Although I would love to spend the day with Sharon Schamber, I would give so much more to spend a day with Jinney Beyer.
