I would look for the biggest sales at shops I like to deal with & go for batiks! That's my goal this year. You have a wonderful time shopping & getting your bounty! :-)

I would buy fabric, a kit or sign up for a block of the month.

You know the old "egg money" jar that your Grandma kept? Well, I'd stick the $100 in 'my jar' for a future HQ Sweet Sixteen or Baby Lock Tiara quilting machine.

However........... by the time my "egg money" jar has enough $$ in it for the Sweet Sixteen or Tiara my tombstone will have moss growing on it.

Is there a ruler or template that you've thought about buying that you haven't yet? Get that! Buy multi-pack of rotary cutter blades and maybe a new cutting mat. Buy fabric that you have admired but didn't think you "needed." For me, that would be some cute jelly rolls and charm squares. Your $100 won't go far but it can be lots of fun spending! Happy birthday!

I'd save it towards a machine quilting frame from Grace frames(http://www.graceframe.com/site/machineframes) & a wide-throated machine from Sewing Machines Plus! (http://www.sewingmachinesplus.com/index.php)

www.fabricdepot.com is out of Portland, OR. and has just about everything you can't find elsewhere. Try it. It's an awesome shop!!! I use them all the time!

I want to get a large cutting mat. Also, some rulers that I saw on Missouri quilting. You, get whatever your heart desires. It is your birthday present.
