    Nope. I got a nice Featherweight on Ebay for $218 and my husband found another one that was very nice at an antique shop for $300. Keep Looking. It took me awhile to win an auction on Ebay but it was worth the effort.

    NOOOOOOO...There are guys that refurbish I know in RI and they sell gorgeous machines for 350.00 all done up shiney and new....

    Absolutely NO!! There are lots of beautiful featherweights out there that are less than half of that.
